We make every attempt to keep your information safe and secure, and work dilligently to keep it that way. While no system is ever 100% safe and secure, we do our best. We also don't sell or give out your personal infomration without just cause, so our policy on how we deal with your information is important for you to know and understand, as we are required to give out some information of yours in certain circumstances. If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), AZSG legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

AZSG may process your Personal Data because:

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

RETENTION OF DATA

AZSG will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING

We use third party payment processors to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processors, QuickBooks and SquareUp, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/ and https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/ua.

DATA DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

Under certain circumstances, AZSG may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Further, under legal requirements of the Arizona Department of Public Safety, your information will be retained per the regulations for training recordkeeping requirements.

DATA DISCLOSURE UNDER REQUIREMENT OF LAW

AZSG may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To comply with a legal obligation, such as AZ DPS record keeping requirements, and more
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of AZSG
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
  • To protect against legal liability

SECURITY OF DATA

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

OUR POLICY ON "DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ONLINE PROTECTION ACT (CALOPPA)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. AZSG aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your Personal Data.
