Arizona Security Group ("AZSG", "us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.azsecuritygroup.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the terms and conditions when you use our Service.
We will not disclose your confidential information without your written consent, except for the purpose of performing out obligations under this policy, or if required by law, regulation or court order; in which case, the party being compelled to disclose the confidential information will give the other party as much notice as is reasonably practicable prior to disclosing said confidential information.
All courses and services offered at AZSG are competency based. This means merely showing up for a service or course is not sufficient to pass or obtain qualification. Participation is expected and required. Comprehension of the material is also required, in conjunction with a demonstration of proficiency.
Firearms Related Training and Services
For courses relating to firearms, students are required to adhere to all policies and instructions given to by instructors.
Firearms and/or ammunition are not permitted in any classroom setting.
Firearm safety rules shall be enforced at all times:
- Treat every weapon as if it were loaded
- Never point a weapon at anything you don't intend to shoot
- Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until ready to fire
- Maintain control of the firearm at all times
- Know your target and what is beyond
All range commands must be adhered to.
Failure to comply with written or verbal instructions will result in a warning, whereas subsecuent failures of compliance will result in the termination of participation in the course and the student will not pass or qualify on the subject.
The instructor(s) reserve the right to refuse admittance or continuation of a student to/in a course for any reason, and that decision is final.
The cost of services do not include any costs for licenses, or any other fees owed by a student to another entity. For example: unarmed guard course fees do not include the licensing fee required to obtain the guard card from AZ DPS.
As a general rule, AZSG does not issue refunds except under certain circumstances under the discretion of the instructor(s), owner(s), operator(s).
Intending that this Agreement be legally binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge AZSG, the owner(s), operator(s), instructor(s) and all their agents, representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatsoever kind and nature, arising from and by reason of any and all known and unknown foreseen and unforeseen physical and mental injuries and consequences thereof, suffered by me during any and all training activities, courses or services offered by AZSG.
In use of this website or participating in any services offered by AZSG, I assert that:
