Arizona Security Group maintains an Arizona Department of Public Safety security guard agency license (1564220). However, we do not engage in, or offer security guard and patrol services. Instead, we hold the agency licenses so that we sponsor unarmed and armed security guards, making it easier for them to obtain their guard cards and find employment.
For firearm training, we have NRA-certified instructors and are an official partner of the US Concealed Carry Association (USCCA).

This 8-hour course is designed for currently licensed armed security guards to satisfy their annual training requirements, or for armed guards who need to renew their licenses every 2 years.
Our unarmed guard course is an 8-hour classroom-based training session. Those who complete the course will have the necessary knowledge to qualify or renew an Arizona Unarmed Guard Card.
The online version of the unarmed guard courses gives students 90 days to learn the knowledge base necessary to be certified as an unarmed guard in Arizona. Students can apply for a Guard Card after completion.
This important course, offered at no charge to area schools, helps prepare non-law enforcement employees in the event of an active shooter. Course topics include situational training, planning escape routes, and medical response.
