Arizona Security Group (“ASG”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://azsecuritygroup.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and includes the courses, classes, products and other offerings from us.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the terms and conditions when you use our Service(s).

We will not disclose your confidential information without your written consent, except for the purpose of performing out obligations under this policy, or if required by law, regulation or court order; in which case, the party being compelled to disclose the confidential information will give the other party as much notice as is reasonably practicable prior to disclosing said confidential information. 1. General Terms

All courses and services offered at ASG are competency based. This means merely showing up for a service or course is not sufficient to pass or obtain qualification. Participation is expected and required. Comprehension of the material is also required, in conjunction with a demonstration of proficiency.

Students are expected to arrive on time, prior to the start of the course to ensure check-in is completed. Students that arrive after the course has started, may not be permitted to join the class. No refunds will be given for students that arrive late, and are not permitted to the class. The decision to allow the student into the class is up to the instructor, and all decisions are final.

ASG offers courses, programs, and material(s) for training and certification. It is entirely up to the student to complete the training within the established timeframe as required by the state licensing agency, and/or training program requirements. ASG, it’s staff, instructors and any other affiliates thereof, accept no responsibility for loss of licensure, registration, employment or fines issued resulting from failure of the student to complete the training within the timeframes specified.

ASG will not notify or remind students of training deadlines. It is up to the individual to maintain personal and professional training records, credentials and schedule of training.

The course content is the sole creation of ASG, which holds the copyright hereto. It is not official State-created training material. The state has provided for specific topics to be included in certain courses, such as security licensing and qualification training. However, these topics were only outlined, and specific content was created entirely by ASG to meet these requirements, and have been accepted by the state for qualified training courses.

2. Use of the Website

• The website and its content are intended for customers of Arizona Security Group.
• You may not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content provided on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Arizona Security Group or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission by us.

4. User Contributions

• Users may post reviews, comments, and other content as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.
