Course Troubleshooting Guide

If you are having issues accessing the course after purchasing, please make sure you are using the correct email address. We receive many requests where the problem is simply a typo in the email address used during sign-up. Double-check that you are logging in with the exact email you entered when purchasing the course.

If you’re still having trouble, try the following steps before contacting support:

  1. Log Out and Back In
Sometimes a simple refresh fixes the issue. Log out of your account and then log back in.

  2. Try a Different Browser
Switch to another browser and check if the problem persists. Recommended browsers:

    • Google Chrome (best option)
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Safari (for Apple users)
    • Mozilla Firefox
  1. Clear Your Browser Cache
Old cached files can cause issues. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the page.
    Helpful links:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection
A weak or unstable connection can cause videos or quizzes not to load properly. Ensure you have a stable connection.

  2. Update Your Browser
Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. Outdated browsers can cause compatibility issues.

  3. Disable Pop-Up Blockers or Extensions
Some browser extensions, ad blockers, or security tools can interfere with the course. Temporarily disable them and refresh the page.

  4. Restart Your Device
If all else fails, restart your computer or mobile device and try again.

  5. Still Having Trouble?
If you’ve tried all the steps above and the issue persists:

    • Take a screenshot of the problem (or a screen recording, if possible).
    • Include any error messages you see.
    • Email it to us at help@azsecuritygroup.com (or use the contact form).
